The Rattlesnake Club at Tivoli failed - and became the world's most expensive coffee shop. Larry Wright looks calm and confident at theīar of Manhattan Cafe. Chez Thoa and Boccalino's - both shuttered after spectacular runs.Ĭhives American Bistro - sold, now closed.
